I’m Chelsie Nachreiner-Wickman, owner and founder of festenlass. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to own my own business. After the last decade-ish of managing local restaurants, I am ready to take what I’ve learned and apply it to your events. I’m known by family and friends as the “hostess with the mostest”, and live for a themed party.
Growing up is when my love for gathering started, from casual card nights to large extended family gatherings - there was always a focus on food to enhance the good times. As a child, I was “commissioned” by my mother to decorate the fruit pizza for family gatherings. I would meticulously create different patterns, images, etc. and it was in some ways the beginning of my obsession with plating food. I have a degree in Studio Art, and love using my creativity in my work and life. I had never seen myself in the food industry, thinking it was just something I held strong passions for in my personal, everyday life. Later, through my restaurant management career I found fulfillment and honed skills in: menu creation, mixology, catering, sommelier work, cooking, event planning and execution, and so much more. I’m excited to bring my years of passion, expertise, artistic vision, high quality taste, and customer service skills to your next event!
