policies & procedures

Payment Policy:

a 50% deposit is required to book our catering and/or planning services to reserve your date at the time of booking. the other 50% of payment is required to be paid 5 days in advance of the booked date. please note, your date is not reserved until the initial 50% deposit is paid.

Cancellation Policy:

we understand that plans can change, any services that need to be canceled 5 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund. any cancellations that occur within 3-4 days prior to the event date will forfeit their initial, non-refundable 50% deposit. any cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the event are ineligible for a refund.

Contract Policy:

upon booking, we may ask our clients to sign catering and/or event services contracts to ensure that we are all in agreement with what services and/or goods will be provided. as part of the contract and booking with us, a 50% deposit is required upfront. please read on for more information about our payment and cancellation policies.

Social Media Policy:

upon booking, we will ask to confirm that you are okay with us taking photos and using them for our social media and website. It is okay if you are not comfortable with us taking photos inside of your event space or home, we will always ask first!

Delivery Policy:

for orders $99 and above we can deliver for free within 30 miles of Menasha, WI. any location outside of our radius will incur a $2/mile charge beyond the 30 mile limit. we can also coordinate with pick-ups from our shared commercial kitchen space in Neenah, WI. we may need anywhere from one to two hours to set up larger grazing tables, and will confirm times with you during the booking process.
